Andres Izquieta is a multi-hyphenate entrepreneur at the intersection of fashion, consumer products, and media. His work centers on building brands that drive impact through culture, creativity, and community.

He's the founder of the TGTHR fashion brand, a fashions solutions company that engineers what men wear every day. They have created the heaviest, softest t-shirt in the world.

 

He's the co-founder of Five Four Group, a multi-million dollar fashion conglomerate with brands such as Five Four, Menlo Club, New Republic, Young & Reckless, and Ales Grey, which have collectively generated over $600M in revenues and over $1B in retail sales. Under his leadership in creative direction, marketing, supply chain, and business development, the group reached 20M+ DTC customers, sold in 5,000+ retailers, designed 50,000+ styles, and manufactured over 50 million units of apparel. 

 

He is also the founder of Al Tun Tun, a Latin community and media platform that has produced 800+ cultural events with 350,000+ attendees, collaborating with some of the world’s largest consumer brands. In 2026, Al Tun Tun has expanded into executive producing a slate of podcasts in partnership with iHeartMedia, created for the U.S. Latin audience, featuring Jorge Lozano H.'s podcast, Tengo Testimonio, and major announcements coming the Spring of 2026 for other properties.

 

In 2020, Andres co-founded Chiki, a flavored water brand distributed in 3,000+ retailers nationwide, including Walmart, CVS, and GoPuff.

 

Beyond his ventures, Andres served on the board of La Familia from 2022 to 2024, the nonprofit community behind VC Familia and Founder Familia—the largest global organization supporting founders and investors of Latin origin.

He continues to invest in and advise media and consumer brands shaping the future of people, culture, and community.
